Critical: Professionalism**Horrible Experience**I called for a consultation and to get a price quote for laser hair removal.I talked with the receptionist and ask all my questions and prices for hair removal for different parts of the body (cheeks, nose, ears, Brazilian, neck and etc.) she gave me quotes for all the mentioned parts but with a funny price!! I told her that the prices are kind of high compared with other places, and she told me that to have a accurate price quote, I need to come in to the office personally. I drove 30 mins to get there and spent another 10 mins to find a parking spot (super hard to find parking). Finally the Dr told me that “oh by the way we do not do male Brazilian here!!!!!” they had my phone number and everything and she KNEW that that’s what I’m looking for (as that was the first thing that she mentioned before I said anything!!) like they didn’t have the professionalism to call me and tell me that they do not offer that service so I don’t have to drive all the way there… I hope it does not happen to you people! they did not apologies or anything! **Horrible Experience**

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueOh man first and foremost I felt like a new man while writing this review! Marshall Tanaka is the guy to go to!!! For a long time I have experienced upper back problems and have been everywhere, but they can never got the specific spot. First glance at me he already knew where to start. He explained to me exactly why I was at a discomfort and he surgically targeted every fiber that needed massaged. I have never felt so much pain (great kind of pain) , pleasure, and being mindblown all at the same time! He is very VERY thorough! I have been looking everywhere for a great medical massage and Marshall pressed all the right buttons! Very cool down to earth guy. Has some funny and crazy experience if you ask him about it.
