Came across this nail salon while visiting Bel Air, the staffs were amazing and so nice! I’m usually very picky with my nails but they were very helpful and provided me with such great service. I saw a new nail salon having a Grand Opening and decided to try it out. That was six months ago and I won’t be going anywhere else. Bebe, Erik and Kevin are extremely friendly, accommodating and offer the customer service you just don’t see nowadays. I love my manicures and pedicures! The service is impeccable! The salon is brand new! The pedicure chairs are very relaxing! You wont leave this salon unhappy…they wont let you. Their work ethic is wonderful. I highly recommend Eleven Eleven Nails! It I could give more than 5 ⭐️, I would!!

WOW! I can’t believe it took me this long to find this salon! First of all, I just want to say how clean and beautiful this salon is. Second, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’m usually very picky with my nails but my nail technician was so professional and knowledgeable about what shape and color that I let her decided what to do, even though they gave me many suggestions and choices! I loved every minute from start to finish. I’m so happy I’ve found my forever salon. I’ll definitely will recommend this place to everyone I know!!!!!!

This place is amazing. My pedicure was great and not rushed at all. The massage was fantastic as well! My technician took her time and everything turned out wonderful. This salon is very professional and very clean with new furniture and equipment. I do like the salon very much but unfortunately I will not be able to return because it is very very expensive. I am still trying to figure out why my fill in was $50. I did not get any cut down, no gel polish, and no repairs. I guess the fill in was $40 by itself then they charge an additional $5 for coffin shape and also an additional $5 for long nails. I have never paid $40 for a fill in anywhere and yes I have paid additional charge for coffin shape and long nails but it’s usually just one charge not two separate charges. The first time I came to the salon they offered a grand opening coupon so I guess I didn’t notice how expensive it all was or possibly they’ve raised their prices since then. As much as I like the salon I just can’t afford to continue to come here, especially when I know there are other salons that are not nearly as expensive.
