I hired them to do hair, makeup, and nails for myself and my bridal party for my wedding day, and they made me look and feel like a princess the entire day. The women there are so incredibly fun and talented to work with and it’s an absolute pleasure to be in their shop. I have been a client of Elevated Hair Co since they opened and could not be more thrilled with their work. I hired them to do hair, makeup, and nails for myself and my bridal party for my wedding day, and they made me look and feel like a princess the entire day. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an AMAZING experience here. All the employees are great I felt very comfortable. I have not had the best experience with people dying my hair in the past, but I explained to Brianne what I wanted. She did a GREAT job my hair came out better than I ever could have imagined. I had an AMAZING experience here. All the employees are great I felt very comfortable. I have not had the best experience with people dying my hair in the past, but I explained to Brianne what I wanted. She did a GREAT job my hair came out better than I ever could have imagined. Everyone is super friendly and they all know how to have fun! Jessica Ross did my hair and she was super amazing! Very informative and she took the time to actually understand what I wanted and she nailed it!

I found my forever home for all my needs. They are all very professional and down to earth. My hair looks great everytime I leave. Ill never go anywhere else. Critical: ProfessionalismOwner and staff very immature and unprofessional. Every time I was in there all the employees and the owner would talk about other clients negatively as well as roll their eyes behind clients backs. I’ve been going to this salon since they opened until just recently due to this:Hair was dyed black with grey instead of covering my grays with blonde. This happened after the owner had been mad at me for not rescheduling to get her each time. When asking her about the black hair, she replied with “I don’t know what you have been doing to your hair bc you haven’t been in this salon for 6 months”. When recently making a nail appointment online for my young daughter and mother- they was both denied the service.The owner sent me a message saying that she would like me to tell her my issues when she sees me at our children’s preschool on Tuesday when we drop them off.
