Dr. Salimah Jones was very professional as well as kind. As this was my first time having an infusion she answered all my questions, patiently, as discussed what might be the best infusion for me. I liked the experience and will return for future visits. She said I would have a boost of energy. Well, I just came in from LA on a red eye, having been up 28 hours at that point and instead of going home I did my shopping and other errands I needed to get done. Glad to have been able to do all that while I was in Nashville and not have to do it today.

Everyone I had contact with was pleasant, professional, courteous. Chris the office manager was able to schedule fluids within 5 hours of request. Cash RN who administered fluids was ON TIME for appointment, professional, great IV start. So thankful for their kindness with my elderly mother and trying to keep her out of the ER.
