My wife and I both booked a short notice full body massage appointment with ease and they were very accommodating and friendly.. At the start of the massage they asked what kind of pressure we preferred (firm or light) and if we had any injuries or any areas they should focus on. I was having some back and shoulder pain/tightness on my left side. They focused on all the right areas. We felt so relaxed afterwards and my back/shoulder felt 1000% better. They have some magic healing hands! Highly recommend!

I have massages regularly and this was by far the best massage I have ever had. Ricky was welcoming and made sure I was comfortable then found every spot that was still sore from a turbulent flight here. Wish I had scheduled a 90 minute massage instead of an hour. It was such a peaceful set up. It was spur of the moment and my last day in Kaua’i. I forgot the man’s name but he did such an excellent job. He was professional and his energy and attentiveness to my energy and where I was stressed was so helpful. I felt so rejuvenated even after just a 60 minute massage. It was truly the best massage I had. It set the tone for my mind, body, and spirit to align and feel peaceful to prepare for my travels home. If I come back to Kaua’i I’m scheduling ahead next time for a 90 minute massage!

When I arrived to the island, I had Rain and she was masterful. She does this deep fake to rub out the trigger points, while she is massaging your neck. It’s incredible! She also completely drained my lymphatic area. I was so relaxed, it was amazing! She is a miracle worker!

The 90 minute beachfront/cabana couples massage with Craig and Isha was arguably one of the best experiences/massages we have ever had. Craig did some amazing deep tissue work that put me in a dream like state. They provided aroma therapy and relaxing music in the background. I highly recommend elevate wellness.

I have been curious for years about acupuncture but have never booked a session until last week with Laura. I went in seeking relief from really sore surfing muscles. The session started with her massaging tight muscles to try and soften the muscles up before the needles went in. Also she did a little bit of cupping like what the US olympic swim team used for treatment. After cupping she used an E-stim technique similar to want they use for physical therapy. Then came the needles which really wasn’t too bad. There were some sensitive spots but the majority of the needles went in with no pain. One of my favorite parts of the session was the tuning fork treatment which sends sound waves through the body. The tuning forks were very relaxing. After tuning forks came the moxa therapy which added a nice heat sensation to where the needles were located. Overall it was so worth it. Two days later all my soreness was gone and I felt really loose. I also felt like a had more paddling stamina while surfing after my session. Would recommend to anyone and can’t wait to go back for another session.
