Sierra Herlocker is Amazing!! I’ve been to this location a few times and haven’t had the best experience, depending on who I got it was 50/50 on if they messed something up or not. Sierra is different, she is going to be my stylist from now on. She was able to help me with problems I’ve been having with dry/hard hair and was able to answer any questions I had. She also helped give me ideas on how to move forward in keeping up care. She cares and takes the time to make sure you’re happy and everything is done right the first time. It’s the first time in a long time I walked out feeling like a model.

I’m so disappointed in the scheduling with this place. I never actually got in for an appointment because first they had to push my appointment back two weeks, upsetting but things come up so I was understanding. Then day of my new appointment I get two calls, one asking if I could come in an hour early. When I expressed that I had work commitments up until my appointment time I was told that was fine. The second call was asking if I could move my appointment to a different day, as they didn’t schedule enough time for me and didn’t want to rush the process. While I appreciate that, I’ve already adjusted my work schedule twice now to accommodate this, I can’t do it a third time especially as all of this is due to their poor scheduling that is now affecting my work schedule! They had no other solutions/stylists available for the timeframe, so I just canceled my appointment. Very disappointed especially as the salon was highly recommended to me.

Hairstylist didn’t listen to what I wanted as the client. Didn’t cut as much as I requested and tried to push multiple products on me. Have had good experiences at this location at the past though. Website is inaccurate with its pricing details. Paid significantly more than what both the website and receptionist said I would pay when I initially called to schedule my appointment.

Went for a massage and pedicure. I didn’t get the pedicurist name but she was wonderful. My massage therapist was Gracen Stratton and she did a wonderful job I highly recommend her. Will definitely be going back. Everything is very clean and well maintained and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Its been almost 3 weeks and my toes still look great and dont have a single chip!
