I have gone to this salon for both a haircut and balayage. Everyone is friendly, and it is a clean and welcoming environment! Both times I had Jaden doing my hair. She is the real deal! I can count on her to be thorough, thoughtful, and super fun during every appointment. She brings my visions to life and offers excellent advice when it comes to products/general hair care. I NEVER have to feel nervous about my hair session ending in disappointment, because her services have been flawless every time. 5/5, highly recommend 😀

I booked with Elyssa for a balayage/highlight and trim. It was seriously one of the best hair experiences I’ve had! The environment of the salon was super cute, comfortable, and clean. My wants were listened to and channeled, and my service was perfect. She was so sweet and really cared about my hair. I left so happy and confident, and I can’t wait to book with her again!!

The Salon is very large & spacious with room to walk around & check out all the other items available on display. Lots of natural light & space between chairs and a separate room to have your hair washed &/or color treatment rinsed out. My stylist, Ashlee, sat down & listened to my requests concerning a shorter hair style & color to cover my gray hair. Then she discussed my choices which was very comforting & fun! I’m very very happy with the results, both cut & color.

I loved this place the first time I went, great products that helped my hair look and feel great. I was excited to find a place with great hair products. Unfortunately, they are not consistent with their products. The second time I went with the same stylist, the hair did not picked up the color and didn’t covered my grays completely. I asked her if she used the same hair color formula and product that she used the first time and she said yes, but I could see in my hair that that wasn’t true. I had to come to redo my hair a week after. I noticed that the products she used were not the same she used the first time. She used the same products she used the second time, NOT the first time, she just went darker even thought I told her not to go darker and left the product a little longer. The result was a cooper color on my scalp and an awful smell that lasted for weeks after wash. The quality of my hair became dull and I started to loose hair again after I had spent hundreds of dollars on Nutrafol. She also cut my hair too much after I told her to cut my hair only 1/12, even my boyfriend says it was more like three inches. I didn’t have that long hair I wanted to wear with my New Year’s dress. I am so disappointed with the inconsistency about the hair products and the result of a more dull hair after having investing on my hair before I went to this salon. It is disrespectful for people to do what’s best for them and not for the client, just to save themselves some money. I could have spend less money for the quality of service I got those days some where else.

I followed my esthetician to this salon.. which just happened to be the same time I was in the market for a new stylist. I filled out the new client form and received a response back IMMEDIATELY. Bella texted me the new client form, which had very detailed questions about what I was wanting, my hair goals, my likes and dislikes, etc. Once Bella had reviewed the form, she reached out again and discussed in length about what the first appointment would be like. She was EXTREMELY helpful, super knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Upon meeting her, we clicked! She really listened to what I was saying and immediately knew what the best first step was. She provided a wonderful experience! My hair is already 100x better looking and healthier from just one short appointment with her. She gave me advice on what products would be good for my hair, she came up with a great plan for our next appointment. I’m very excited to go on this hair journey with her! You can’t go wrong with this salon! The environment is super relaxing, not noisy and the ladies here are sweet!

It’s hard to trust someone new to you with your hair, especially with a dry cut, but Lydia listened to what I was wanting and exceeded my expectations. If you are a curly girl you know it’s hard to find someone who knows how to work with our crazy but incredible hair but look no further because Jenn is a dream come true. She has taken all of the curly girl hair classes and knows what she is doing. My hair was so sad and limp and dry but Jenn brought it back to earth with love and great products. I discovered Elevate a couple of years ago, when searching for a low tox hair salon and they are hard to come by! I’ve visited several times since then and been to multiple stylists due to my schedule and have been happy with each visit…even when I tried to dye my own hair and they spent 4 hours fixing my mistake and did an amazing job!

I’ve been bleaching my level 2 hair for a long time. I needed a new place, my hair was suffering bad and whatever I was doing previously wasn’t working. I booked an appt with Jenn and explained my predicament: I love being blonde but my hair is so damaged! She’s been super responsive and helped me discover how organic hair dye can be gentle on your scalp. I didn’t even realize I had an allergy, my scalp is SO MUCH healthier. My bleached hair? It’s… shiny now!? Who knew this could be possible! I’m so happy, my hair is longer and healthy. She takes everything at my pace, which I appreciate. I also like paying by the hour, I feel like I get much better service and there’s no weird pressure to do stuff to my hair. Highly recommend Jenn and her team.
