Highly recommend booking with Helen for your next massage! I booked a 90 minute massage and it was exactly what I needed. I am a very active person who works out 4/5 times a week from running, yoga, biking, weight lifting and swimming and she used just the right amount of pressure I needed during my massage. Her place was very nice and very clean and she was extremely professional. This is my second massage with Helen and I booked a third massage with her for later this year.
