Been coming to the salon for over a year! Hair is healthy still has a curl pattern after multiple coloring from blonde, red, orange you name it. Sharise is very welcoming and great with educating on how to keep hair healthy! Would give 10 stars if I could! I always get compliments on my hair and recommend her to everyone! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI met Sharise January after booking a consultation for my wedding, she was very nice. I communicated early with Sharise I was indecisive about my wedding hair & wanted a few trails before finding the perfect look. When I went into the salon for my appointment, it was a nice experience until the installment of my partial sew-in. Her assistant (which was also kind) braided my sew-in extremely tight, at the time I thought this was normal because it was my 1st sew-in & I was looking forward to getting through this process for my wedding that was only 65 days away at this time. After her assistant braided my hair extremely tight, Sharise then started sewing the weave into my tight brides extremely tight. I told both Sharise and her assistant that the tightness was painful. Frankly, the pain was so unbelievable I teared up in the chair embracing the excruciating pain.You would think I would get out of her chair & leave, right? I did not because I really wanted this process to work.So, I asked if I could grab pain medication, drink water & take a “two minute” break & Sharise entire demeanor & disposition changed instantly, she became annoyed & literally said “do you want me to continue or no.” It’s not even what she said but HOW Sharise said it, she was unprofessional, insensitive, & careless about my natural hair & it then occurred to me that she literally was only doing this wedding process hair just for the money, paid her over $450. Sharise told me to purchase 3 bundles of Raw Cambodian hair & the quality of the hair was cheap, y’all. I’m not lying, it was cheap hair & I felt played. Sharise did give me the exact updo i wanted, she completed “the wedding look” I asked for but she could care less about HOW she did it, she could care less about HOW I felt. She also cut my hair improperly as well. I’m not writing this review to be disrespectful, it’s just important to share. Sharise has a niece named Bri on the east side of CLE who is extremely caring, extremely professional with high quality service. Her niece took the time to educate me & cared more about my scalp than just completing a “hairstyle”. The cheap raw Cambodian hair Sharise sold me is in the trash. I’m not even the one to take time & write reviews but the experience I had with Sharise was THAT UNCOMFORTABLE.
