A positive update to bad experience: The owner contacted me and apologized for the poor service. I wasn’t able to answer because I was in a very loud area. He left a message and was extremely sincere and offered me a refund. It came through immediately. I appreciate the owner’s attention to this issue. Very professional and cares about his business. I would try again with his recommendation of which stylist to work with. Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry I did not speak to anyone after the service. I already felt uncomfortable dealing with the stylist. I appreciate the sincerity and Empathy in your message.

The lady that normally does my hair was out of town so I went to Teodora at Elevate. She did an amazing job! Much better than I usually get. A perfect fade (which is hard to get) and did my hair just the way I wanted. She’s such a sweetheart and a wonderful woman! Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend

I can’t recommend Shannon enough! She’s extremely detailed, thorough, and professional . I always feel super comfortable in her chair. I love that she takes the time she needs with you and you never feel rushed. She does my blonde highlights and does WONDERS with her foiling techniques. I am always so happy with my cut and color. She restores my confidence every single time. Don’t walk my friends, but RUN to go see her.

This place is amazing! I decided to come here because I loved their Instagram and I’m so glad that I did. My hair was in my opinion beyond repair and looked horrible so when I came to the salon looking for help and a huge confidence boost I was so glad to be set up with Jaden. She listened to my concerns and talked about things that I liked and wanted she also gave me some opinions which were greatly appreciated and the coloring and style of my hair looked amazing. I was so happy with the results even a few days later I waited to post my review to make sure everything was to my liking and I still love my hair as I did the day it was done. This place is definitely worth it they listen to your concerns and they do everything they can to make sure you leave looking your best. Please check them out you won’t be disappointed!
