Stephanie is very professional and good at explaining everything in detail. The environment of the salon is very relaxing and CLEAN. I was nervous about getting the Microneedling with PRP and she put me at ease. She makes things relaxing and fun by preparing you about the procedure and what to expect after. I have always been a little self conscious about my small, inner-rolling top lip & my disproportionate bottom lip. I made an appointment originally & had to reschedule — Stephanie was soo understanding & I made a new appointment without any issues/extra costs. When it finally came time to do the lip filler, I was so excited. But of course, a bit nervous. Steph walked me through the entire process, gave me some fidget distractions, & answered every question I had thoroughly. She even apologized every time she saw me flinch or move when I could feel the filler being injected! She sent me home with the cutest little care package & made sure I had a full understanding of the healing process, on top of sending me an email with the aftercare information. I will go back to see her in roughly 2 weeks for a follow up appointment but I am already so happy with the results! Plus, I didn’t have to travel. Win, win! Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She assessed my skin, we discussed what my skin goals were and then she recommended which services would help me reach my goal. We started out with a HydraFacial with LightStim and lymphatic draining, which was amazing and left my skin literally glowing. She even added a corrective booster for my dark spots. Next, never having had Botox before, I was a little hesitant but Stephanie made me feel so comfortable. She was very professional, not pushy, and reassured me that I was going to love it- which I do! She also has checked in with me multiple times making sure I was happy with the results. I already have my next appointment booked.
