Worst experience ever!! I booked 2 appointments at 2:30 for both my sons! I show up 15 mins later, walk in no acknowledgement from either barber working. After about 5 mins one of them asks if I’m a walk in I inform him of my appointments one barber was there with another client and didn’t look like he would be done by my appointment. Then the barber mentions that the other barber I booked with was not there so “my bad” but he could see my son after 4 depending on when the guy who is there fro my 2:30 appointment finishes my sons hair!!! Leo the barber who I had an appointment with didn’t even communicate with me that he’s running behind or approximately how long it would take to see my son! After waiting until after 2:30 I walked out very upset that I wasted my time! As a mom I had planned to take both my kids in at the same time! Not to be ignored and have our day ruined! Will never return to this establishment that clearly lacks time management and customer service!

My son went to get his haircut the guy the guys in there were really nice and the place is clean but they didn’t listen to what he wanted they cut his hair way too short but he says he’s going to go back again because he liked the service so that’s good

Being an active duty guy, I have been to many barber shops in many places all over the world in order to follow military regulations. This place cuts hair well, which is why I gave them 1 star, but their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. If you make someone wait a while, cool, but at least PRETEND like you care and say I’m sorry for the wait instead of having an attitude like I’M inconveniencing YOU for something I pay for.

Milcah is seriously the best barber. I got my first fade from her, then the next two went elsewhere because I didn’t plan ahead and schedule with her so she was full of appointments. MISTAKE. I was unhappy for 2 months with subpar fades. Finally got back into see her after I realized the walk-in wasn’t going to work, and I’ll literally never go to someone else again.
