Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAmazing experience. My step-daughter had homecoming and let us know last minute she needed a trim and style. I called at 10:00 AM. They took my number and Mary was gracious enough to call back and offer us an appointment at 11:00 AM. She did a wonderful job. Beautiful cut and style that lasted ALL DAY. Amazing experience. My step-daughter had homecoming and let us know last minute she needed a trim and style. I called at 10:00 AM. Critical: ProfessionalismUsually I have a great experience walking into this salon, but recently I came in and I left with something that’s been leaving me feel awful for days. I was too nervous to say anything confrontational but the fact of the matter is I am not satisfied with what was done. A lot more was cut off then I asked for. When it was becoming visible that I was becoming uncomfortable I was told that I was the one who chopped off my hair. Usually I have a great experience walking into this salon, but recently I came in and I left with something that’s been leaving me feel awful for days. I was too nervous to say anything confrontational but the fact of the matter is I am not satisfied with what was done. A lot more was cut off then I asked for.
