Poor customer service and communication. Since they don’t have a website I called to inquire a price on a hair cut but, the lady will not even give me an answer. I even asked her what the maximum price would be and she did a run around and not give me an answer. Extremely disappointing! All the good reviews and I was looking forward.

Elena is the queen of highlights and dyes! She did my highlights before my trip to LA and they looked amazing (sorry if the pictures don’t do her justice) Madeline styles my hair and does my eyebrows and I’m always extremely satisfied! I moved 45 min away and still make the effort to go because I can’t find anyone who does my hair like her. If you’re considering please please please make an appointment. She’s really good but it’s only Elena and Madeline so they can get busy really fast. So it’s better to make an appointment. Also bring Cash, otherwise she’ll charge you a service fee for cards it’s not much but you can save that for a tip instead 🙂

I love going to Elena Hair Salon, going there is the highlight of my week. I have been going to this Hair Salon for the past 7 years and I couldn’t be any happier. Although I don’t live in NJ anymore, I still schedule my appointments with her because I don’t want to change hair stylist. Elena is very professional, clean, detail oriented and loving to her clients. Whenever I go there, I am treated with such courtesy is unbelievable! I LOVE Elena and Madeline. Their expertise in making your hair look Fabulous is over the top. I’ve been doing my hair at Elena’s Hair Salon since February 2020 and can’t say enough how much my hair has changed since then. My hair was over processed and very thin, now is healthy, shiny, and has doubled in volume. Elena and Madeline are very quick, don’t be on the phone gossiping like many Dominican hair stylist do and they make sure you leave out of there happy and looking good. I recommend this hair salon 100%
