My wife went here and got her haircut with a Margarita, first of all the lady is super rude and can’t take criticism. My wife show her a picture and it wasn’t done the way she like so she called to tell them she didn’t like the hair and if she can get her money back. Well Margarita told my wife that she shouldn’t be calling complaining about the haircut because she did it “right” my wife than told her it doesn’t look like the picture, so Margarita had the nerve to tell my wife “ well it looks good on her because she’s a model and you are you” if this is how your employees talk to their customers you’ll soon be outta business. Never going here again!!!

Margarita was EXTREMELY rude and completely RUINED my hair. She said the haircut did not look good on me, like it did on the picture I showed her, because the woman in the picture was a model and I wasn’t. She refused to give me a full refund , she didn’t even want to give me HALF. The owner had to tell her to refund me AT LEAST half. Unacceptable. NEVER coming here again.

Margarita really does wonders… I requested a cut just like the photo of Alice from Twilight and she did it the exact way I requested. Very proud and satisfied with my new haircut and style for I can play with it with different styles everyday. She has the hands to do magical work and I truly recommend seeing her for any haircut or styling. Love My Hair! 🙂 And she is very sweet and patient too!!!

I’ve always gone to Elena’s since I was little (my mom would take us here). Recently the times I’ve gone as an adult, I’ve noticed having to go back so they can fix the cut due to it being uneven. In doing that, it ends up being cut even shorter than I originally wanted. The amount of money that I’ve had to pay at Elena’s and pay again because I had to go somewhere else to fix their mistake becomes ridiculous. Learned my lesson to skip this place, and go straight to the more expensive place and get it done right the first time. After all, you do get what you pay for. This last time was cut by Jessica and straight off the bat I could TELL she was a newbie just by the way she was cutting. She didn’t measure from one side to the other and her angles were all off. Will not be returning again.

Hadn’t been here in a while and today I remember why!!! Such lousy service . Workers kept talking about their customers as soon as they walked out. Lady was to busy gossiping she cut my daughter’s hair wrong, one side was way longer than the other one. We turned back and had her corrected it. All she could say was oh I’m so sorry… ughhhhh… never going there again
