Oved Valencia
Got a haircut here last week and thought everything went well even after waiting 40 min for a simple haircut. My hair looked fine when it was complete so I didn’t ask to get a view from the back side since there was a line and we had all been waiting ro quite a while. However, when I got home, I noticed Elena had cut a whole line of hair which was obviously visible and looked pretty bad. Hair grows and I got over it, however Elena’s poor judgement to not inform me or offer the haircut for free for messing it up is quite low and shameful.
