Sara made my first facial memorable. She did a great job on my skin. She was gentle and knowledgeable. My skin looks great and vibrant even a week after. I’m coming back! ❤️

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! EVERYTHING from the front desk receptionist Sophia, to the foot soak with Nadine was perfect. Our couples massage with Dawn and Tiffany was the best ever…. They truly are talented and professional. Attended to each of our needs and left feeling unstressed, relaxed and rejuvenated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE!! Spa is clean, comfortable and relaxing. Manager Trisha was a pleasure to deal with in assisting us finding a perfect foot oil. If we could give 10 stars we would!!!

Have been going to this spa at least once a month for a couple of years now and always have a great experience. Caitlin is excellent with nails and pedicures, Sara does amazing facials, and Devin at the front desk is always super helpful and on top of everything. Facility is always clean, services run on time. Very pleased and highly recommend!

I’m pretty disappointed with how my spa day went. I made the mistake of booking a service for later in the evening and assumed I would spend the day at the pool. The pool was incredibly crowded with little kids sitting in the hot tubs (Under sixteen) eating food. The place was trashed. Dirty diapers were overflowing out of the garbage bins. people littered the floors by the fish tanks with pizza crusts… I couldn’t believe it. It really disappointed me. My facial was okay, but it felt a little rushed. by the time I left, I had a major migraine from all the noise. I’m pretty disappointed because I have been looking forward to this all week and I spent a lot of money.

I was staying at the Grand Cascade Lodge nearby for a company function and decided to try a reflexology massage during my down time. I am glad I did. I was a bit nervous since I’ve only had one massage before, but Jessica did a really great job and I felt relaxed in no time. It was wonderful. I wish I could have stayed there all day. The facilities were clean, and everyone was friendly.

They’re probably a better place for spa then hair. I wanted old Hollywood curls and walked out with just some spiral, more Shirley temple like, curls. I thought, okay maybe give it time to settle but nope. It wasn’t what I wanted at all and ruined the look I was going for a wedding. I wouldn’t recommend hair services

I was disappointed with the massage. The therapist was a very sweet person, but did not know what a therapeutic massage entails, and for the money they charge, it was very disappointing.

I got the signature massage and it was great. I was, however, surprised that there was no complimentary water, tea, or champagne to enjoy while I waited. The reflection spa down the street offered these things. At the end of my treatment, I received the “dry brush” which was a loofah pad that you could find at your local Dollar Tree. It was given to me with very little fanfare. At the Reflections Spa, an actual dry brush was given in a nice black shopping bag. Very disappointing although a great massage.

The experience was okay. The front desk and staff could have been more welcoming. The session started late and no one came over to tell us until it was time to start.

I was impressed with the experience from start to finish. I was greeted by Kelly who was kind and helped me get settled. The facilities were clean and peaceful. They recommend you come early to change into your robe and relax, and during this time I enjoyed some tea and yummy granola mix offered by the spa. I had an aromatherapy massage with Heather. Heather was lovely. I loved the warm towels used during the massage and the heated table. After the treatment, they set you up with a foot soak bath and offer you water/tea/granola. I didn’t get the name of the lady who who assisted with the foot bath and beverages, but she was also so kind and on top of things. The locker room has a personal locker, showers with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, bathroom, hairdryer and some personal care products for use if desired. I hope to come back for another wonderful experience and wished I lived closer!
