I wish I could provide more stars, because I really like the people who work there. However, the service is beyond inconsistent. I never know if I’m walking into a good service or a true waste of money. I had my nails done today, and they look like something I would personally do(a horrible job). And it cost $15 for them to remove any polish. I went home crying, hoping I finally found a decent place to do a simple gel manicure. And as a teacher, I try so hard to spend the money I have on what I think will be a good investment. The pictures show what their $45 gel manicure is like.

I made an appointment with Venus for a change with my hair and she did not disappoint! She gave me the most beautiful cut and style that I never could have imagined for myself!! She was in constant communication with me about what she was thinking and referenced photos before making any permanent decisions which was great, and she provided me with such an enjoyable, positive experience. I can’t wait for my next appt with her!

I had my hair highlighted las Thursday 8/11/2022 by Candy. Everything seemed to have turned out well. I was happy with my hair. I came home and saw that my left ear was very red. I didn’t think much of it and went on with my day. On Saturday I started feeling burning on the top and fold of my ear. I checked it and saw that it was oozing a yellow discharge. My ear had been burned by the chemical from the bleach as I sat under the dryer with a foil wrap intensifying the heat on my ear. I did feel a sting while sitting under the dryer but did not anticipate what was going to happen. I also remember that the hairstylist didn’t rinse well around my ears as she washed my hair. I had gone out of town and could not get to the salon to show them what was happening. I called in to report it on Sunday 8/14/2022 and was told that management would be notified however, no one would be available to talk to me until Tuesday 8/16/2022. I called this morning and spoke to a manager by the name of Maria. I explained the situation. She did not demonstrate compassion or sympathy for my bad experience. She asked if I had treated it. I informed her of how I treated my ear and she said that was good. She also stated that this type of thing happens when working with hair bleach. She said that I could come by so she could look at it just to let me know that it was probably okay. I could have my doctor do that!!! She did not demonstrate any effort to come to a resolution that would show me; the client, that her salon was taking accountability for my incident. I expressed to her that I was not looking for a full refund but felt it was only right to be offered a partial credit for my incident and the cost of the Neosporin and Motrin that I had to purchase in order to get relief from the effects of this burn. All I am left with now is a red, dry flaky and stinging ear. I have had my hair colored and highlighted many times before in different salons and this is the first time, I experience a chemical burn like this. My bad review is primarily based on the way, Maria the manager and the owner, handled my complaint. I will not be returning to this salon and will warn my friends and family, that if one encounters a problem such as I did. You are on your own!!!

My hairstylist from another place cancelled on me and I decided to give Elements a try. I’m so glad I did and I’ll be going here from now on. It’s honestly beautiful inside, the owners said hello to me (which was actually really cool), and Venus did an incredible job. The cut and ombre just really came out beautiful. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Had a back facial last week, unfortunately I don’t know the name of the person. She did a great job and so relaxing. She was knowledgeable and you can tell very caring person. I will come again for her and thanks for the quick appointment setting, I was fit in the same week I called. The place is lovely and very clean. I highly recommend if you are a first time customer start with skincare/massage for your first experience I usually avoid massages but the specialist are soooo goood and kind to be with.
