Took my granddaughter in to get her hair dyed before school started, it looked really nice, flash forward a week and a half and the color has faded and looks like a muddy gray instead of the blue, green and purple it was. My wife called and left a message asking for someone to call back. Nothing. I went in today and showed the stylist the pictures and was told sorry, bright colors fade. That dye job cost $200!! If it was only going to last a week then maybe say something! The too bad so sad attitude was unnecessary. Elements came highly recommended as did Hailey. I will not be doing that. $200 lesson learned.

Got a massage here, was unbelievable. She was shy, can’t remember her name but it was unique. The massage was really great! So it turns out there are a bunch of places to get a massage in grand rapids, I was surprised… but this place was clean and professional. It had a bunch of woman stuff, my wife had some other things and I got the massage while I waited. 2 thumbs up!

Elements salon & Tanning center is one of the cleanest and most professional establishments I have been to. I would recommend them to anyone. I enjoyed an hour and a half massage with Ashton Jepson. She really took the time to know what parts of your body that need the most work and made sure to have enough time to work out the tough knots. The BEST massage iv ever had.

My hairstylist, Holly Durfee, just moved her chair to this salon. She is the best! I plan on making the drive from Duluth to remain her client. She does gorgeous updos, wonderful color, and knows her way around difficult hair for cuts! Give her a try! She’s amazing!

I made an appointment for me and my daighter to get our hair done at the same time super sweet over the phone when we get there nope said they never had an appoint for my daughter were very rude about no apology or courtesy just blank stares from 3 girls well someone named chastisty ended up doing my daughters hair…she must not work with children or she just hates cuz she kept leaving her in the chair hardly talk to her while she was doing her hair how uncomfortable my daughter was so sad . Never again
