It’s unfortunate. It is a very nice and convenient location to get your haircut and stylist are very good. I will never be going back to them because now they want to charge you a fee if you cancel within 24 hours. So they increase the price of a haircut then of course you have to give a tip, and now they want to charge a fee For canceling.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HAIR SALON SERVICES. Worst place I have ever experienced for hair color. Waaaay over priced and not happy with the color whatsoever. They charge big bucks but allow stylist to wear pajama pants to work. They need to step it up if they want to demand high-end salon prices.

Great time getting a massage there. The massage therapist did a full body and foot masage. I felt great after! Since I was a first timer, I also got a discount. The staff and front desk are really friendly. I also am getting a pedicure there soon!! I highly recommend going here to treat yourself!!

After being a loyal customer for over 6 years and spending alot of money I had called to cancel my appointment due to my daughters soccer practice. I litteraly called as soon as I found out in which was ONE HOUR before the 24 hour notice. I was told 50 Dollar charge to cancel. Ridiculous and the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude about it. Then was told can’t have any more appointments until I pay 50 dollars. This is upsetting to me because I really liked Kat. She is the best.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in to see Katie for eyelashes and eyebrows, during the application process of the eyelashes I started to have symptoms of my typical seizures and the entire team were SO supportive and handled the situation extremely well!I am always hesitant to go many places due to my condition and being so embarrassed and the risk of serious injury but the girls made me feel so comfortable about it all! Elements Salon Spa Retreat is such a charming place. As you enter the salon you are greeted by very friendly staff whom right away take your coat and treat you to a beverage if you’d like. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I found it extremely easy to talk with my stylist Liz. She knew exactly what type of style and color I was looking for. Not only was I delighted by the color and cut I received, but all the ladies in the salon had complimented my new color and style as well. Upon leaving the salon I have received numerous compliments on my new hair style. I will most certainly return to Elements Salon Spa Retreat for all my beauty care needs.

I hired this company for my wedding this past weekend. There was s great deal of confusion and miscommunication on their part. It caused a decent amount of stress the day of. Despite the miscommunication, the two ladies that came were really professional and nice. Overall everyone like their hair and makeup and it was done in time.
