Claudia has always been an absolute gem! I moved here a few years back and as I am Black I was having trouble finding a place that could deal with my 3b/3c hair. Claudia met with during a consultation and agreed to do my hair. She has been doing it for 2+ years now and I have always walked out happy with the result. She is very kind and fun to talk to but also super professional. The other staff at Elements has always been very kind and welcoming. I would recommend (and have recommended) time and time again!

First visit was great, had a cut and was happy with everything. Returned for a foil, and the stylist melted my hair. I have patches of hair where it’s completely gone. I asked for details on what was done differently because I’ve had foils before with no issues. Still waiting for a response. Disappointed I wasn’t booked with the same stylist I made the appointment with either time.

I’ve lived all around the world. Had no issues with any stylist. Three stylists were NOT able to color my roots at Elements and the owner said I still had to pay for the color and the bad work they did. This was the first time this had happened to me. I gave them three separate chances. I have since found a great stylist, at a different salon.

I was literally 6 minutes late due to an accident and then trying to find parking. They called to tell me that because I was going to be 10 minutes late, they needed to reschedule. My appt has been scheduled for several weeks because they don’t have any available appts for several weeks out. On my Lars appt I didn’t get a discount or free haircut due to them running late. It’s not like they were stuck in traffic with no place to go around the accident. I informed her that I was literally at the light 500 feet from their shop. I did inform them l was walking as fast as possible . HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now I know why they are several weeks out for an appointment. Like trying to get into a medical office. I will look elsewhere, they don’t walk on water like they think they do

I have really long hair and I get anxiety when I have to get it trimmed. Claudia was the stylist that trimmed my hair that day. She was awesome!!!! She listened to how much I wanted trimmed,(I left the actual amount needed to be trimmed up to her expertise). She was positive and set my mind at ease. I will definitely go back!!! And it won’t take me 8 months this time!
