Was 10 minutes late to get my nails done because I live in Pacific City, immediately as I walked in she was really rude to me about it even though I said sorry multiple times. There was times that she would just literally ignore me. As I was about to get my nails done I wanted to go over the price, for a gel nails at $65 but apparently to have long nails that are above the bed of your nail is an extra $15. I was surprised but then she told me that it was also another $15 just to shape the nail into a coffin shape. She also said that she doesn’t do any nail art whatsoever. She had little kids stickers to put on nails and that was it. So to get nails would have been $90, if I wanted stickers they were three dollars each. I left and she said thank you for wasting her time .

Leah Harding provided the best haircut I have ever recieved. I asked for long layers and she made them with perfectly blending unlike other places that often fail to keep them long enough, creating choppy cuts that appear as mullets. She listened to what I wanted and skillfully made it happen. The facility itself is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I asked for shoulder length cut with layers in the back. She seemed to understand. What I got is chin length with wispy layers all over my head. It looks ok but not what I asked for… A week later and, I take it back, it doesn’t look ok. Leah Harding ,. I have never had such a bad haircut and I’ve been known to cut my own hair.

She is very informative about the products she is using and what exactly is happening to my nails. She takes her time to make sure she is doing a good job and she definitely does. My nails look wonderful!

I got my hair cut about a month ago or so but more embarrassingly I locked my keys in my car. They were kind and accommodating, gave me water, made sure that I and my young son were fine while I waited in their sitting area for my husband. I really like how nice the inside looks too. Great service, quality stylists, I will be returning!
