We had my mother’s 70th surprise spa day here. The staff of Elements were amazing, and so accommodating. They allowed us to setup the lounge with balloons and decorations. They blocked the entire day off for my mother and her sisters and my sister and nieces etc. They all had a great time. My wife got her haircut and it is one of the best haircuts she’s gotten in a long time she said. I can attest. Very cool location as well.

The massage I experienced was wonderful. She was a good listener and the massage definitely relaxed me. Jenna did an amazing job on my hair. She wanted so to do it just as I would like. I love the attention she pays to detail. I will definitely schedule another appointment!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had been with my hair dresser for 30 years when he retired and had to find a new salon. I was not used to thinking about my hair or making a change as I just booked my apt. and let my hair dresser do what he wanted. I had visited Sheryl at Elements twice for my usual hair color and trim and was very satisfied. Then on my 3rd visit we discussed cutting my hair from shoulder length to a pixie , a conversation I had been having in my head for about a year. So on my 3rd visit Sheryl asked if she could do whatever she wanted with my hair and I agreed. I have not looked back since that apt. Wow. Wow. Wow. My friend and I went to Elements for a relaxing girls weekend and we were floored by how great the experience was. From the moment we walked into the door the staff was friendly and attentive. They helped us feel comfortable with COVID safety protocols and did even to ensure we had a great experience. Betty and Bri we’re INCREDIBLE. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back.

1:45 appt. Showed at 1:30 they seated me . At 2:15 I went upstairs No one around so I left. To call me and say that you did not have an appt. Then why was I Check in ? Sorry I finally have extra monies to splurge on myself and no go when you where highly recommended .

I booked a massage and sauna time for my wife. When she arrived and was greeted, they brought her to a changing room that did not have lockers or any place to leave her belongings. She was given a robe without a tie or any way to keep it closed. After changing, she had to bring her belongings to the massage room with her. Her masseuse was great and even went over the 30 minutes that we had booked, which was nice. After the massage she had a sauna session which was supposed to be preceded by a chakra wellness ritual. My wife had to ask her about it and she said she can take one of the essential oil sprays in with her to the sauna and that she forgot she had another client coming in. After the sauna session, which she enjoyed, there was not any water or anything refreshing afterward or place to leave used robe/sandals. She had a pleasant time overall, but it was not the relaxing and soothing spa like experience that you’d anticipate. She stated that it would be more enjoyable if it was more of a seamless process.

Emily was awesome! Love my new haircut and color! Highly recommend. Quiet atmosphere beautiful view of the canal behind the building. Plenty of services available and fairly priced!
