I had to attend my post op hand surgery appointment and could not make my appointment on time from VA Beach to Chesapeake. I called to let them know, no empathy at all, all they were concerned about is a cancellation fee. I lost $50 which was understandable but absolutely no empathy. I was so shock. These people are quick to take your money! There is no genuine care. I am extremely disappointed! I did not call a minute before my appointment either. My appointment was at 3 to 4:30 pm. I called at 2:45 pm as soon as I was done seeing my orthopedic to see if they could still accommodate me and my husband. The drive from Virginia Beach to Chesapeake would take close to one hour so it would be impossible to get there on time. I DID NOT CALL TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT BUT TO SEE IF THEY COULD ACCOMMODATE ME. As I said, no empathy shown, they went straight into telling me about same day cancellation fee and how much they would take. My husband was going through rigorous training with the Marines and came home that weekend, the massage was a surprise for him but in the end it all turned out to be a big disappointment. I paid for both of us but my money went down the drain. I ended up buying a hand held massager and that was the best decision I made; I gave him the massage of his life and he gave me one too. These people are unprofessional, trying to argue a point instead of admitting where they went wrong. People, go somewhere else or buy a massager if you don’t want to lose your money. WORST “BUSINESS” EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

She explained everything to me before she started which made me relax, due to this was my first massage ever. She made her recommendation based off of my body type and it was phenomenal. Full body massage and stretching where I needed it the most. I don’t want anyone else touching me from now on. I would recommend her to everyone that’s looking for a massage.
