I felt very safe here. There isn’t anything more telling about how a stylist cares for their clients, than in a pandemic . No stylist should have a salon full of clients during a pandemic, why? because its a pandemic!, regardless of who is vaccinated and who is not, and who would know. That’s why it is important to be cautious .Last week was my first time at Elements of Hair by Treava and I WAS THE ONLY CLIENT IN THE SALON. WHY? BECAUSE THE STYLIST THERE CARED ABOUT MY SAFETY. THATS HOW APPOINTMENTS SHOULD BE SCHEDULED. My temp was taken and my stylist had her mask on PROPERLY. No one could just walk in. Seriously , no one can just walk in and possibly put a client at risk. security is on point! This is the way it should be and I appreciate that so much. Charlotte was very gentle with my scalp during shampoo and styling. If your tender headed, she is the one to go to!

As a first-time customer, I must say, this is the “Chick-Fil-A” of hair salons. Wonderful customer service, very clean and well-organized environment and a warm, welcoming ambience are among the things that immediately stand out upon entry. My stylist (Treava) was professional, polite and patient as she answered all of my questions and catered to my concerns about the condition of my hair as it is severely damaged from years of poor maintenance. Moving forward, I will recommend this salon to anyone who asks for my advice on where to go for their hair care needs.
