This was my first ever massage. I am in my mid fifties and was a little hesitant. Had no idea what to expect and right off the bat when making the appointment had mixed emotions as I was asked what kind of massage (gentle relaxing/strong deep muscle), which areas of the body, etc. At arrival I was immediately greeted, the place looked very chic and clean, and I had no waiting time. Once in the room, Zach a young gentleman introduced himself, went over my answers to the questionnaire, asked if I had any muscle pain/issues, explained the massage process, and instructed me on my options of undressing, before he left the room to give me privacy. Zach made me feel very comfortable, periodically asking how I was feeling, and letting me know what he was doing. The massage was heaven! My back felt SO GOOD! I had advised him that my right shoulder had been giving me some pain lately when I reached to undo my bra or tuck in a tag. He did place some emphasis on the area, massaging the top of my shoulders and arms. At the end of the massage Zach left the room, so I could get dressed. I noticed right away a greater range of motion on my right shoulder. I was able to do my bra and reach for the back tag on my tank top using my right arm. Amazing!! I will definitely be back and have already recommended this place.

I really like Elements in Salem NH. Front desk staff is always super friendly, which is so refreshing!! And I love the on-line scheduling they have. Got in the other day with Nicole….her hands are magical! Felt so much better after my one hour massage. ;))
