If I could give this place more than five stars I would. I love the atmosphere, the vibe when you first walk in is amazing. I love how bright it was in there and it smelled amazing. I was greeted very professionally. My therapist Dave have me one of the best massages I’ve ever had before. He is very thorough, not many therapist do stretching anymore. So I really enjoyed the stretches he did on me. I’ve never been to a spa where they give you a card describing what was done and suggestions for the next time, I thought that was really cool. It is a king ride for me to get there but I will definitely make that trip again.

I’ve been having lower back pain for weeks. It’s kept me from doing things I want to, and has made simple tasks miserable. I booked a session with Nik, who specializes in deep tissue massage. It was intense deep tissue work, and it was like magic. I’m sore the day after, but that’s just from the pressure. My lower back is fine today! If you’ve had back pain, you understand how amazing it is to NOT have back pain.

He listens to what I have to say about what areas are bothering me. Their dedication to their craft, including attending seminars and learning new techniques, is second to none, and the ability to find the area that is actually the issue (not necessarily the spot which is tense or hurting) is amazing. The front desk staff is also super friendly and attentive, able to match the right therapist to each client. Highly recommend!

I have had several fantastic massage therapists but must sing praises to Haley! She is fantastic!! We spoke briefly before the massage about problem areas & pressure & she was spot on, it was one of the most relaxing massages ive ever had! All of their therapists are great & they offer so many wonderful enhancements to take your massage experience over the top!!

The best place around for a massage! I’ve been going to Elements for years and have never had a bad massage. Everyone there is welcoming, professional, and skilled at what they do. The place is immaculately clean and the front desk staff are always kind. Even after moving, I still come back because this is the only place I will get my massages!
