I have been going to this location for massages for the last few years on and off. Most recently I have been going here once a month for the last 6 months. They have excellent customer service. The receptionists are kind and competent, and if they make a mistake they apologize and correct it quickly.

Today I had my first massage in a long time with Jack and the overall experience was fantastic. He displayed a great amount of knowledge, experience, and expertise. He explains the purpose of his techniques and will have a genuine conversation (is okay with clients that prefer silence). Highly recommend him to anyone for any purpose!

They are very tricky. They advertise 60 minutes massage session but the massage is only for 50 minutes. I was surprised when the therapist announced (as I laid there ready for massage) that the massage is only for 50 minutes. When I asked why she said 10 minutes are for consultation and giving the client time for undressing and dressing. Very strange!

Professional massage therapists, friendly staff, inviting decor, and super reasonable prices make this the place the go. I love that they have a lot of different massage therapists with different styles, so you can always change it up depending on what you need. Everyone is also super responsive to what you’d like worked on any given day. It’s also really nice that you can go to any other Elements branch — I took advantage of that when I had some time on a business trip. Overall amazing place.

Horrible customer service. The masseuse Matt is great, but the woman at the front desk gave the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I had scheduled my first apt in the spring at the $89 promo rate. Before that apt, my husband bought me a $109 (full price) gift card for my birthday. I scheduled that massage in winter before the spring apt, and paid using the entire $109 gift card. When i went for my previously scheduled spring massage, the woman at the desk told me the $89 special didn’t apply since i already had one appointment with them. I explained that i booked this apt first and was charged the full price for that “first” appointment so today’s should be $89. She told me, “well if we had told you that it was $89 only for that apt at the time, you could have paid 89 in cash and saved the gift card for later.” Followed by literally word for word “well you paid with a gift card so you didnt actually pay anything”. Like excuse me?? So you’re telling me that ny winter apt was actually $89 but you took $109 in payment, so essentially you stole $20 from me. Whether i paid w cash, card or gift card is irrelevent. She was entirely unapologetic and somewhat condescending, and you’re now losing what could have been a long term customer because your staff doesnt have the decency or manners to do the right thing.
