My first impressions one year ago remain consistent: quality massage therapists, each one I’ve had has their own style and are excellent. But what is even more impressive? The customer service: Every – and I do mean every time I arrive the receptionist(s) greet me warmly and call me by name. They offer tea or water and are genuinely happy to see me. But yesterday was on a level beyond excellent – superior is what I’d say. I called and spoke to Angelina to find out if I could fit my mother in for a massage at the same time as me. At first she was unable, but then she explained – if you wait until 4:30pm I can get you both in at the same time, and my mom was able to use a massage spot I’d paid for but hadn’t yet used. I was so moved that I actually began crying and explained that my dad passed away unexpectedly one month ago and that Angelina’s kindness and accommodation meant so much to me. She was quick to express her condolences and comfort me with her words. Wow. And then – okay, are you ready for this? I show up with my mom for our massages to check in, and Emma, the receptionist, has a card for me from Angelina and the Elements Denver West staff which also included a card for a complimentary massage. I am blown away. Absolutely the best customer service I believe I have ever received. These people care about you and your wellbeing – body and soul. Give them a try – you’ll be so glad you did.

Elements Massage is an oasis from my day… the atmosphere of the waiting area is calming and I never wait more than a couple minutes for my massage. I see the same masseuse for years and have followed her from 2 other facilities to Elements. She has said more than once that she really enjoys working at Elements, so it is clearly a superior wellness facility we both enjoy!

Efficient and paperless checkin process. The receptionist was welcoming and had great customer service skills. The waiting room is calm and quiet. My massage therapist Rita was amazing – she is very friendly and personable and has a lot of experience. She worked on a few problem areas and provided me with relief from pain that I’ve been experiencing for months.
