From the second you walk in, you are greeted with a friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is caring and go above and beyond to make your experience the best possible. The massage was so relaxing. The massage therapist offered more pressure or less depending on what I asked for. The room, bathroom, and lobby was clean, beautifully decorated and well-kept. You are truly transported during your massage from the wonderful lighting, calming smells, warm bed, and peaceful music. I really appreciated the little details. It shows they really care about your experience. Thank you! I will absolutely be back!

This was my first and probably last time trying Elements. The inside is nice, the front office staff is lovely, but my massage unfortunately wasn’t. When I was called in I wound up waiting on the table for, it had to have been 5 minutes at least, before the massage therapist came back in, the longest, by far that I’ve ever waited. I don’t say this to be picky, but it obviously takes away from the massage time and was much longer than I’ve waited at any other place (I’ve had massages my whole adult life). Then the table and room were chilly. Yes, this is my fault for not saying anything but usually they have the heat on for the table and ask if you would like it adjusted. As for the actual massage, I was asked what areas I wanted to focus on, I had filled out the form, I was asked if anything was bothering me, I mentioned my back and shoulders and a knot in my calf. I’d also circled my shoulders. The massage therapist didn’t do anything different, not more attention in those areas, nothing. In fact he spent more time bending my feet, I thought I was going to have to tell him to stop at one point lol. I kind of expect that if I say something is bothering me, you’d spend more time in that area! Why should I have to ask again on the table? Also while the pressure was firm, it didn’t do much to loosen me up. Firm pressure to me is closer to deep tissue, those quick massages in the mall look like they’re more therapeutic than what I got! Thought I would give a different place in the area a chance since my regular massage therapist was booked this week, guess I’ll keep searching. Surprised at all the good reviews, it was what I relied on, but I guess everyone has different measurements for a good massage.

There is a relaxing ambience. There is low lighting and calm music. My therapist gave me a Lindor truffle before and after my massage. I was able to say on the spot what area of my body I wanted worked on; I didn’t have to commit to some pre-arranged set-up. The therapist was very kind and put me right at ease.

It’s super clean and all the rooms are nice. The staff is wonderful at this particular location, and if there are any issues, they will handle it well. The massage therapists are really experienced too. When I needed to cancel for a short period, they gave me zero hassle and pressure, they didn’t even inquire why, which is completely out of the ordinary for chains and goes to show how unique and professional they are.I have gone to one other elements, and it’s nothing like this one, and I will only go to the Chester one from now on. There is no comparison between this place and the other “chain” in town. This location is really high end and they truly care.I will be signing up again, even during the craziness of 2020, since they take a lot of precautions and sanitize everything very well.
