Elements has a great atmosphere and really great staff. They truly mean it when they say they strive to provide personalized service to fit your specific needs and concerns, and to make sure you are paired with just the right therapist. I know firsthand that they take that very seriously. My first experience was less than what I had hoped for, but when I said something about it, they were extremely prompt in responding back to me and in seeking to correct my concerns. I would say customer service is amazing at Elements! I just had my second visit and I was so pleased with everything about it. The therapist, Jerald was very responsive to my unique problems and he provided a fantastic massage.
