First time experiencing Elements Massage and it did not disappoint! The appointment was scheduled for a couples massage and I had no issues scheduling. We did get a call a couple days before the appointment asking us to reschedule our time due to our therapist having a family emergency. Rescheduling was easy and they were extremely accommodating. The location is easy to find and makes you feel instantly at ease as soon as you enter. The reception / waiting area and the massage room itself were very clean and smelled amazing. Checking in was a breeze! As a first time customer they ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out standard paperwork. This location was very popular. I saw at least 5-10 customers coming and going. After the paperwork was filled, the massage therapists came out and greeted us, took our paperwork and directed us to the room. Each therapist went over our paperwork individually to see if we had any questions, concerns or certain target areas we’d like taken care of. They left us to undress (to your comfort) and came back after we were comfortable. The massage tables were absolutely wonderful! They were heated and so relaxing. Our massage therapist’s were Dana and Ingrid and I highly recommend requesting them for your next appointment. They were both extremely pleasant, professional and easy to talk to! And they were both making sure that we were taken care of in the way we needed to be. We did an hour long couples massage and I plan on doing it again in the future! The room had speakers installed in the ceiling for gentle music to play while you relax. It also had a fake fireplace and chairs available to place your items on. After our massage, they asked us if we needed anything else and were kind enough to get us a water for our drive back home. As a first time customer, you get a discount (I believe it’s $30 off the regular rate). Checking out and paying was easy! They ask if you’d like to leave a tip and I believe that the work Ingrid and Dana did definitely deserved it! Overall, it was an incredible experience. The staff that we encountered were phenomenal and friendly.

My therapist was excellent! Reed gave me a massage. He was professional in manner. Good touch and pressure. He made sure I was comfortable. I do think the cost is a bit high at Essentials.

If you like the convenience of a larger practice, but the vibe and feel of an independant massage therapy practice, Elements on 57th and the location on Wandermere are your jam. I alternate between two therapists at Elements. I see Natasha for my “I want to not talk and fall into bliss” massages and I just recently discovered Jonathan (newer to the 57th Ave location) who I knew immediately would be my go to for “I am in pain and need help” massages. They both allowed me a safe space to speak up if I need something different or let me relax without speaking… Both are in tune with your body language and can usually sense if you are uncomfortable. They may check in and ask if the pressure is good, or if you need something… so appreciate that! Sometimes we are a bit shy and forget we can say something. The reception crew at the 57th Ave location is my favorite. They are the kindest and so helpful. I love these guys! Highly recommend. Oh and if you don’t like the experience, try another therapist! No one cares… I promise!

DO NOT GO HERE. I would give negative stars if I could. I have tried to remedy my situation several times, and each time I think it is settled, it’s somehow not. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t know their heads from the assess . Could not care less about their patients and are only after your money. I truly have never had such a disgusting experience in my life. Please do your research and go somewhere that actually respects you, not just treats you like a piggy bank.

Wow, we were blown away by the tenure of the staff, and how genuinely happy the therapists were to work there. Meh, Holly wasn’t very good at massage. A lot of wasted time “feeling around.” Didn’t even spend time where she was directed. An absolute waste of time and money. I actually left in worse condition if you can believe that. Will not be returning.
