Got my boyfriend a trial massage as part of a series for Christmas, his back is really messed up and we wanted to try a place out before deciding on a membership. The staff was kind, the environment peaceful, and his description of Sherry was “her fingers are like magic knot seeking missiles” Well I’m happy to say that the search is over. Critical: Communication, QualityI signed up for a maternity massage, turns out they actually don’t offer a true maternity massage. I’m 7 months pregnant and they had me on a flat table! My masseuse did not know what he was doing. It was one of the worst massages of my life. If you’re pregnant stay away! The massage also started 10 min late. I mentioned it to the front desk after and she explained that they give you time to get comfy and undress. I understand that but they did not escort me back to the room I was going to be in until 7:55, my massage was supposed to start at 7:45.If you’re looking for a massage don’t waste your $$$ with this place, even more so if you need a maternity massage. Being pregnant is not easy and this place shouldn’t advertise services they actually don’t offer. I signed up for a maternity massage, turns out they actually don’t offer a true maternity massage. I’m 7 months pregnant and they had me on a flat table! My masseuse did not know what he was doing. I appreciate her attentiveness, communication and educating me on the different enhancements. I finally did the Himalayan Salt stone and it was a great experience! He does amazing work on shoulders and finds knots I didnt even know I had. I will absolutely be going back!
