People at Elements West Linn are so kind. There is a massage therapist for every need at Elements. I’m grateful for the monthly membership club, it makes a bit more affordable. It’s still a splurge but something so essential to my health. It took me several appointments to find the right fit for me and I did! Amber E. is amazing – intuitive, really listens, genuine, and very skilled. I come away from our appointments feeling 100+% better. She’s one of the most skilled therapists I’ve ever worked with in my 27 years of using massage therapy for health issues.

Went in for full body massage. Only did partial but was marked as having full. Was not helped off table after massage and that may be difficult for a disabled person. Front desk is personable and friendly. Relaxing and clean place. More communication from massuse would be helpful.

Unfortunately, it seems to be a trend to start the massage late and end early. I gave the first therapist the benefit of the doubt, but it happened again. I am not paying for a 60 minute massage only to get a 50 minute massage (with consultation included in the 50 minutes).

Excellent massage and great availability! The facility is clean and relaxing. Even though they offer a membership, there’s no pressure to purchase one, unlike other massage clinics I’ve been to. I would definitely recommend them.

I called to see if there was any availability to get a massage same-day and fully expected to get attitude (like I’ve experienced at other salons, etc.), but instead spoke to someone who was friendly and very helpful – what a nice surprise! Also, my massage therapist, Melissa, did an amazing job!

Just overall meh. If you’re looking for your next best massage this is not going to be it. I arrived almost 30 minutes early. Paid for a 90 minute massage massage that’s started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. Not impressed at all by the skill of the massage therapist. Left feeling yucky.
