I have been seeing Mary Ann for massages. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring and considerate. Last year, Mary Ann noticed that I had a lump on my back, which she suggested I have checked. The Dermatologist said it was lipoma and recommended removal. I saw a Surgeon afterwards who also recommended removal, and so it was a relatively simple procedure to do so. It was large in size and they were worried it might attach to a muscle and become harder to remove. After removal, I waited a few months before coming back to Elements. I finally came back in Feb. 2022. I’m very grateful to Mary Ann for noticing it, saying something. She has prior experience as a Nurse, so that means she understands how our bodies function, as well as our social / emotional needs. Mary Ann also talked to me about other ways of relaxation, which I found helpful. Not only was the massage rejuvenating, but the service she provided was meaningful as well. At the front desk, Melissa has recognized me, since I used to go more often before Covid. Melissa has always been helpful in terms of rescheduling, offering credit for being unable to attend [when I used to come monthly], and generally being very friendly and courteous. I have been very pleased with Elements.

Great place for a massage! The staff is great- from the front office to the masseuses. It’s a clean, calm environment and they take the covid protocols seriously. Feel very comfortable there. And they have a great monthly program that makes it affordable.

I signed an annual contract with Elements for a monthly massage at a very reasonable price. I love it because it insures that I will get a monthly massage! But if I miss a month…I can make it up any time. Before starting a treatment the therapist always asks whether I have any concerns or want any particular areas of focus in the massage. They are very attentive to my requests. It is a “no frills” massage, but I have been very pleased with my experience at Elements.

I’ve had mixed experiences here, but Jim was wonderful. He listened when I told him the areas that were bothering me and focused on them, getting the knots out and leaving me feeling much better. Other people have asked what’s hurting but then they just did their normal routine. Highly recommend getting a massage with Jim – he has a nice touch and knows what he’s doing.

Lauren did what I needed instead of what I wanted. She was professional and addressed my problems, answered my questions, and explained why I was having the issues I was having. She told me what I needed to do moving forward. She was far stronger than she appeared and attacked the areas of my back, neck and shoulders that were so knotted up that my headaches, which had plagued me for months, lightened up considerably.
