Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityProfessional, clean and meditative experience.Therapist took time to listen and work on problem areas. The music was unique and helpful to get into the meditative state. Do not be shy to ask to adjust pressure- make or break – for a good massage. Therapist will ask about adjusting the pressure several times as different areas require different pressure. Soreness next day is a good thing. For me it was not that sore as used to deep tissue massage. The massage is at the same time not a torture it was healthy mix of pleasure and comfort.I also added cupping therapy. It was a next level in pain relief and relaxation. You can read more about cupping in google.Overall, A+ rating for my first visit. I will keep looking to see how consistent they can be.Update 10/31/21:Surpassed all expectations. All therapist very professional and great. The management keep fostering an environment of collaboration and communication. Professional, clean and meditative experience.

Critical: ProfessionalismThey booked 2 massages at the same time. 3 hours prior to the scheduled massage they called us to cancel one because there was no masseur. So I told them the person with me will take my time and I will move my scheduled massage to a different time. When I could take any of the available time she gave me I told her I will just cancel my massage. Then she told me that I needed to pay a 24 hr cancellation fee. What? They don’t have the masseur for me and I’m paying? Is it my fault that the masseur was sick that I have to pay? I can’t describe the inconvenience and emotional pain I am experiencing. The lady I talked to didn’t make any sense and made me look like I was dumb. They booked 2 massages at the same time. 3 hours prior to the scheduled massage they called us to cancel one because there was no masseur. So I told them the person with me will take my time and I will move my scheduled massage to a different time. I was very fortunate to book with Crystal for my first visit a few months ago in San Ramon. I have continued to see her and have been pleased with every visit. Her bedside manner is outstanding! She is very attentive throughout the process and provides feedback on what I can do until I return. I have recommended her to multiple individuals, one of whom has come back to say how amazing she is.

At the beginning of the session, Sam will ask what I’d like to have worked on. He applies the right pressure for me and checks in with me to ask if the pressure is still good. He really knows his stuff and targets my focus areas well to release muscle tension. You can really tell Sam takes pride in his craft and wants to ensure you have a great experience!To add, he even asked if I go by Christine or Christina, which I thought was also nice and much appreciated. I’ve had two massages so far by Sam and he is excellent, kind, and considerate! At the beginning of the session, Sam will ask what I’d like to have worked on. He applies the right pressure for me and checks in with me to ask if the pressure is still good. He really knows his stuff and targets my focus areas well to release muscle tension. I shared that was not was communicated to me and that this massage would be covered under my past auto debit… The owner Greg was very rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this plac.
