J’Romeo is AMAZING!!!! Best Massage ever and that’s saying something because I have massage packages everywhere even Massage Envy. Would give it 0 if I could. This place will play with your time and won’t care, scheduled a massage about a week ago and I get a call ONE HOUR before my scheduled massage for them to tell me that actually they had given my appointment to someone else at 11 and can’t take me in, I got this massage for my moms birthday and she works every day 70+ a week and she asked for this specific day off to get it done, ridiculous. On top of that, the guy that called me could’ve have cared less or given me a viable solution other that “I can go ahead and cancel your appointment” do yourself a favor a take your business somewhere else that values their customers.
