James did my massage today. I don’t have a lot of time to get bodywork done. I’m a bodybuilder and I told him my main problem areas but, he seemed to know all my biggest issues without even having to tell him. He did a wonderful job, and I will definitely make time to come back to him. I was pleasantly surprised because I’ve had some not so great massage therapists every time I’ve tried one since moving here.

Had a prenatal massage today (currently 27 weeks pregnant) and was extremely dissatisfied. The therapist didn’t even use lotion on my arm, legs or neck. I have broken blood vessels on my neck because she was rubbing my neck so hard without lotion I feel like I have rug burns on my neck. I asked her to work on my lower back because I have a lot of back pain from being pregnant and she only worked on my neck and shoulders, she didn’t even touch my back. I also asked her to not touch my head or scalp because I don’t like my head being touched and after she lightly rubbed my feet without lotion, she rubbed my head. She also didn’t even help my sit up when she had my lay on my back. I was obviously struggling to sit up (being pregnant with a big belly) and she didn’t even help me. When I turned over the room was so extremely bright as well so it was hard to relax.

It was a great first time at elements massage. I’ve been to other places and this is one of my favorite places. Very reasonable price and relaxing. No pressure to buy a package plan and the masseuse did not have random conversations with me during the assuage which was great as I was just there for a relaxation get away to release muscle tension.

I love this location! The check in team is so nice and welcoming! For my therapist, I have Melanie and she’s amazing! She’s very nice and gives amazing massages! I just got my first facial recently that was a microdermabrasion and I have gotten compliments already on my skin just after one session! Thanks guys for your hard work!

Such a charming location, great customer service right from the beginning. If you want a great massage for backaches or migraines this is the place to go. Front desk has awesome ways to save money too if you need more than one massage.

Positive: QualityI enjoyed my massage, Leah did a nice job, but I book a 1 hour massage and have only been receiving 45 minutes. This is disappointing since I’m paying for an hour! If this continues, I will most likely cancel my membership.

My therapist Jessica was amazing. she made me feel relaxed and did a great job hitting all of my problem areas. I have come to this location several times and have always had a great experience. I was a little nervous about the procedures with COVID and how it would affect my experience and the staff made it very comfortable and easy.
