I am now in my 3rd trimester – after a 90 minute massage, during which they ended the session 20 minutes early and turned the clock around as if I don’t have a clock on my phone, I became very dizzy and short of breath. My doctor said my blood pressure went too low and I could not have any more massages until a few months after I give birth – which is over 3 months away. I had to go in to cancel my membership – and they still charged me for the next month because I didn’t give 30 days notice EVEN THOUGH I HAD A MEDICAL REASON AND MYSELF AND MY BABY WERE AT RISK. The manager came out and offered me “a gift card” to use whenever. Complete disregard for my safety and my situation. When you add that together with mediocre massages, cutting corners on time on table, and difficulty getting ahold of anyone – don’t come here. Honestly not worth it. Just another company that doesn’t care about the customers.

So I tested positive for COVID and under doctors care and called to reschedule and they said because it was a same day cancellation, they were going to charge me anyway. I reiterated I HAVE COVID! They told me that it did not matter they were going to charge me anyway. I told them if they were going to charge me that I was going to come in for my massage. They said OK!??????I then called again to try to let me reschedule and they said I could reschedule but they were going to charge me for today even if I didn’t come in for my massage. And this is supposed to be a WELLNESS and Therapy Center?????? What I received from the them was stress after testing positive for COVID. No Empathy whatsoever; it’s just ALL ABOUT THE $$$$ FOLKS.

Would never go to this location!!! They require a CC to book an appointment but when you cancel with a 5 day notice still charge your CC. I had to call 7 times before I was able to get a hold of a manager named Tory to try and get it resolved. After speaking to her she refused to to anything about it and could not have been more put off by the phone call.

Ended our account. Was told remaining number of massages needed to be used by end of Sept. 2022. Wife misunderstood end date, and admitted this to elements staff. She thought it was Oct. 31, 2022. When I called in mid Sept. to book the remaining 6 appointments, I spoke with I believe Maddy. She never mentioned we couldn’t book past the end of Sept. Had she told me I would of done the appropriate thing. Book all prior to Sept. end date. So we lost 3 months of appointments because the lady booking was not paying attention to the account info in front of her. Or it wasn’t noted! Pitiful! They allowed the booking of the appointments, but don’t honor them. Kept our payments though.

I scheduled a couples massage appointment today at 6pm. We drove all the way from Avondale to here. I received a call at 5:40 pm from Elements, asking me if we are still coming and telling me the appointment was at 5:30pm. At that point we were 7min away. Anyway, we arrived at 05:45pm. The person whose name is Angie told us that they have to schedule us to another time because she thinks someone changed our scheduled time from 6pm to 5:30pm. Not even offering something to make this all mess up. Unbelievable! This is unacceptable, rude and unprofessional. Never Elements again.

All of the therapist I have had are amazing in their own talents. I did finally settle on one therapist, Manny, who has been doing a fantastic job. He created a plan of action for me because I have rheumatoid arthritis and I was having a bit of a flair when I began seeing him last year.He has helped me get massive mobility back in my shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, ankles and toes. The structural work he does on me, is way better then my physical therapist was providing.I also love how I am able to reschedule within 24 hours of my appointment without penalty if I have something come up. They also send me a reminder email and text a few days before so I have enough time to call and reschedule without a penalty. I am grateful for the phenomenal service Elements provide at a super reasonable price.I absolutely love Elements Massage.
