Highly suggest vetting your massage therapist beforehand. It was my birthday so I made an appointment for myself for a deep tissue massage for 90 min. I get there and massage starts and I consistently have to ask for more pressure until the masseuse says she only does light level 1 pressure. I cut the session shirt because it felt like my 5 year old son could do better. The manager blamed it on corporates booking system saying they allow all people with time slot to be showin. I waster $150 on something that literally didn’t nothing to help the tension in my back and neck that I took time off work to fix with no recourse. I am not happy at all with the blame game when they messed up and didn’t properly satisfy a customers request when booking.

I prepaid direct from my account and once I stopped they told me I lost the previous credits I had built up. The only way I could get the credits that I had prepaid for was if I started paying in there monthly program again with an auto debit again. Unacceptable, I recommend taking you business elsewhere.

The massage was not relaxing it hurt so bad I was in pain for 3 days I want my feet massages also my head and I did not get that either. I have had massages done many times this was the worst I have ever received. I will not be coming back. I will go else where. Sadly disappointed. I’ve had a few massages here and the second one was quite good. Today however, I couldn’t wait for it to be over and nearly left early. It’s been a long week and I just wanted to relax. Instead the therapist talked about themselves, their children, their grandchildren, previous pets and current pets for a good portion of the session. Any comment I’d politely make was ignored and became a spring board for them to talk about themselves. I’m sorry if it makes me the bad guy, but I really don’t want to pretend to care about your life story during the massage. I just want to feel relaxed, loosened up, and go on my way.

I was massaged by Julee who has decades of experience. I had been having really bad vertigo due to a bad neck adjustment at a chiropractor. She focused on that the first 20min and talked me through what she was doing to correct it and would have me move my head side to side to test the dizziness. I went from having dizzy spells every time I moved my head to almost none by the time I walked out. I’m genuinely surprised by the effectiveness and the wealth of knowledge she brings to this location. 15/10 will definitely be coming back.
