Not very friendly. Started late and ended early. Pulled hair and was wincing through entire massage. I have had many massages throughout my adult life and this was by far the worse. I do not recommend this place. Receptionists were also very rude.

Had a massage by Lupe at Riverview and she was phenomenal. Was very thorough in her knowledge, had great technique and had great stretching recommendations to do in between my massage sessions to help with the back tension!

I think I’m done with Elements now. I went in today and the massage was lackluster again and the lady at the counter seemed a little irked that I wasn’t into the many things they want to sell me. Plus, the prices have sure gone up. No thanks.

Beware- all the fraudulent business practices that are expressed in other reviews here are correct. Their manager Bry is very shady, she’s rude, unprofessional, and definitely not helpful. If you need to dispute your transaction that they charged you when you had canceled your membership not only do you do this with your bank you have to report them to Visa or MasterCard if you used your card number for the membership. Then also I suggest reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, but you do need to go as far as reporting them to visa and MasterCard as well as your bank when you open a dispute. Anything that you put in writing to them as a cancellation is legitimate whether you go in to their office and sign or not – these are deceptive business practices that Visa and MasterCard will not stand by. I encourage you to open a dispute with your bank and then dispute to Visa and MasterCard. Your bank can provide that further contact information.

I was so impressed even just sitting in the lobby. There is a divine feminine energy in there and that alone was so healing. My technician, Sharon, was incredible! Hands down, the best massage I’ve ever gotten. I get deep tissue and I just knew and felt that she wasn’t just going through the motions. She paid attention to what my body really needed.
