I get frequent migraines and massages help with relief of them. The massage therapist are great with the pressure and communication during to not make then worse. Wish they did lymphatic drainage massages. Also don’t like that you have to input your card information when trying to book online. Overall though, I would recommend for massages any day.

The front reception was prompt and courteous. My masseuse Charity is the best I’ve experienced. She was very attentive to my needs due to past injury and so knowledgeable in sports massage and neuromuscular techniques. I arrived early to fill out paper work. My therapist grabbed me late. The consultation took longer than should have. My appointment was at 1:30pm she didn’t leave the room for me to undress until 1:45. As a therapist myself, if I am late I give the client their full time. I also didn’t receive a full body which left me feeling achy more so with a migraine from unreleased tension. At 2:30 she ended the session telling me the consultation took longer than expected. The consultation was mainly her talking about nausea meds prescribed to me. I didn’t want to be rude and cut her off I just figured she’ll give me my full time for being late and taking my session time up. I also noticed as I was checking out, she was 30 mins behind with her next client as well. I don’t feel like I got what I paid for time management wise. The front staff was great. I just wished I was given my time especially since I wasn’t the one late.

I know that there is massage etiquette and I appreciate modesty while they are massaging you, but I went in for a full body massage and really only got a half body massage. Upper back/neck, calves and feet. I felt unfinished when I left and I spent way too much for what I got.

Elements massage was a great experience! The girls up front were super helpful and friendly. My therapist Taffy was amazing she gave me some tips on how to take care of my back pain more, she was helpful as well I’m so happy I came in for a massage with her.
