I have been a regular client of Elements in South Jordan and Sandy. I am very happy with their services and would recommend it to others. They have a wide range of therapists and it is generally easy to book an appointment, compared to smaller massage studios where scheduling is more limited. I mostly seek massage for therapeutic and injury recovery purposes, and the quality of the massage work I have experienced at Elements is great. Their staff has been very informative in guiding me to therapists that are more suited to my needs. I have also had couples massages with my wife and she has also been pleased with the services.

I came in for a 30 min massage and it was amazing, but it wasn’t near long enough. I then booked a 90 min later on with a different person and it was just ok. I booked another to see if it was any better with a different person and it was worse then the last. I gave feedback and they were going to set me up with a free massage with a different person a month later. I requested a Saturday but it got booked for a Friday and I missed the appointment which was a bummer because I was looking forward to it. Since I didn’t catch that it was scheduled Friday and not Saturday my free visit went to the missed visit. Now I’m stuck looking for a different place to go.

The ambience of this location is very nice. The staff was super friendly, in fact one of the staff members stood up from the desk when we entered the door, we really noticed that. And then they offered us a water. This was our first time here, and I bought a package for me and my wife’s anniversary. Since she’s pregnant we got her the prenatal massage. She really enjoyed that, and I enjoyed mine as well. I pre-paid so that we could just leave when we were complete. We arrived 15 minutes early to do the standard paperwork as a new customer. However, with my wife having English as a second language, it took a little bit more time for her to fill out the paperwork, which cut into our massage time. Hindsight, it would’ve been nice to have taken the paperwork home and brought it back already filled out, if that’s an option. Afterwords, you have a consultation with your therapist, and that was very nice.

The best thing about this place is the friendly and knowledgeable lobby staff. They know a lot about their therapists and are able to get a good match. The one time I had a massage I didn’t love, they rescheduled me with a better match and compensated my session. I was able to get my very first appointment there a year and a half ago very quickly- I took a cancellation slot a day later. But they are typically booked out a ways, for a reason. Lots of therapists with a variety of techniques and training.

The Therapists are doing a great job at giving massages. But the costumer service is not good. All the locations are always booked up 3-4 weeks ahead, not ideal if you have back/neck issues that needs to be addressed sooner.
