BEWARE of signing up for the monthly package and good luck getting out of it. “30 days notice” has felt more like 60 days, considering my husband signed paperwork terminating his agreement on 9/1, we were charged for September, and we were just charged again for October. Thus, one star for their contractual stipulations that manage to lock you in as long as humanly possible.

So the shop is good, nice and friendly, however the therapist didnt check the time slot and wasted the whole time doing things that were not what i wanted. When this person realized the time was up they basically kicked me out mid massage to get the next client. Elle was the therapist. If you get this person make sure you get what you want done first or you may find youself kicked out mid massage due to poor time management. I had to book another massage and am kind of upset that i have to pay twice for what i should have gotten once. I think ill find another place from now on.

Its awesome how many options they give you before your massage about how you would like the room temperature, if you’d like the bed warmer on, volume of the music, etc… They also ask for feedback during the massage to see what areas you would like them to give more attention to. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back!

While the masseuses I’ve had have been great, the bookkeeping needs work. They could use new software. They won’t give a receipt without you asking for it. The gift cards I purchased were a great deal but it was near impossible to figure out if I was credited and what was paid from my membership dues. I talked to a manager from another location and she was very nice and understood my concerns. Hopefully they’ll get everything straightened out because it’s a nice, clean relaxing experience except for this issue

My boyfriend and I ended up seeing Gloria and Maria, I had Maria and she did an amazing job! I have been going to Elements monthly for the last year. I always have a great experience. Megan is my therapist and she is very professional and gives a great deep massage which is what I need due to my demanding job. They are always great with scheduling and help me find something that works for me, I never wait very long in the waiting room and Megan always has great recommendations after my massage to help me stretch and stay comfortable between massage sessions. The entire atmosphere of the studio is very relaxing. I highly recommend.

Not only is everyone friendly and welcoming but the massage therapists are so talented! Each time I receive a massage I feel like the therapist who is working with me is truly listening to my needs and requests. In addition, they are intuitive so they discover and help fix problem areas that I didn’t even know existed prior to going in!!!
