I went in yesterday to cancel my membership. First I waited because the person up front was training and didn’t know where the forms were. Then the next employee came out and explained everything to the trainee, about how I will be charged next month, be able to use it within 60 days or put on a gift card and then it will be canceled. When she was done she asked me to come up and sign the forms, not explaining anything to me. Until I asked, I am being charged when I want to cancel? She said it is in the computer and she can’t override it unless it is a money issue then they can figure something out. I didn’t understand so you can or can’t override it?

I had a membership here for a few months and due to a frustrating billing issue, cancelled my membership. HOWEVER, I wish that the front desk / billing issue hadn’t happened, because Michael was the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had. He relieved a lot of lower back issues I had, as well as some long-term knee pain.

They have both given me advice for stretching to augment my massage & took the time to understand what was going on and how to improve my situation.
