Tracy was wonderful! I had my first ever massage done and it happened to be a prenatal. Tracy was very comforting and explained everything she did. She was able to help relieve a ton of tension I had in my neck and shoulders. We discussed pressure level and comfort prior to the massage. Tracy was so kind and so professional and I’d recommend her to anyone.

Very disappointing experience with Elements, do not waste your money coming here. I purchased two gift cards for massages for my better half, him and I clearly communicated we need a strong therapist (labeled ‘level 4’ at Elements). His first appointments were rescheduled due to sick leave of various therapist, once even when he was just walking up to the location for his appointment. We finally got him booked and per their standard, the therapist treating him must have hardly been a level 2 per their standard, she could not even feel a huge knot he had around his shoulder/neck area. Needless to say this was a waste of his time. The 2nd massage he received was better but not great either. I addressed the issue with the firs massage with Kara on 6/30/2022 first who said the owner would get in touch with me as she has no discretion on managing such situations. I heard nothing from this person and called back Kara several times to obtain a status update, she said she would pass on the message that I called again. Today, 7/27/2022 (a month later) I finally got Katie, the Operations Manager, on the phone who claimed she has been trying to reach me via phone, text and left several voice messages. Which is false as I do not have a voicemail set up, and received no missed call or text. Anyway, I am happy to finally speak to her hoping to solve the situation, but she was clearly not interested in the same. She confirmed he has not seen a level 4 therapist during either of his two massages! Even though this was clearly communicated by him and myself. Her ‘offer to solve this’ was for him to book two new massages that we would fully need to pay again. Thank you very much but we will not use your services ever again. I know Katie or anyone else will leave a smart remark under my review claiming how they tried to remedy the situation or how they would like to get in touch with me. In reality, Elements is suffering from incredibly poor management and customer centricity.

I experienced my first massage appointment at Elements Massage a few days ago, and to this day I continue to be overwhelmed with gratitude. Upon check-in I felt very welcomed and attended to, and as soon as I met Tony (as well as throughout our appointment together) I felt very calm, joyful and safe in his presence. Tony carefully listened to my history, and immediately addressed my concerns. I felt instant relief from his massage. He also checked in on my comfort periodically, and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout. He is very knowledgeable about the human body and I feel that he really cares about his clients’ health and wellbeing. He even took the time to write down instructions and draw pictures of exercises I could perform at home to prevent further discomfort. This was the best massage I ever received!! I left with the biggest smile on my face and tears of gratitude in my eyes. The following day the studio kindly called to check on my experience. I would highly recommend this massage studio.
