I went there once and once only and will never be going back. When I got to the appointment the receptionist told me we were “running late” when I showed up 10 min before my appt. I received a text earlier that day saying my appointment was at 7:30. We didn’t even get the full hour massage, and they charged me more than I was supposed to pay. I spoke with the manager the next day and she said she was going to review the cameras and get back to me around 3 pm. I receive another charge on my account 10 minutes later, I give them a call and she said “we reimbursed you what we charged you yesterday but we still need to charge you for the hour” even though I DIDN’T get the full hour. I asked if she checked the cameras, she said no when she reviewed them again she saw my appointment was cut short. She said my appointment was at 7:15 and said it was a mistake on the receptionist. I still got charged for the full hour (that I didn’t even receive) the manager offered us a free hour massage but our experience was so bad we didn’t even want to return. Do not spend your money here. The only reason I gave it a star is bc the massage therapist Beatriz was amazing.

Robbed us of over $80. Originally scheduled a massage and we were canceled literally the same morning by our massage therapist so I rescheduled on a work day, not really ideal for my line of work, but I was really needing it. Well, on that second appointment, I had to cancel because I had a healthcare worker related emergency. They said since it was an emergency, I wouldn’t be charged. However, we noticed a few days later that a charge was placed. We tried talking to the manager but they never got a hold of us, we however let it go. Attempted to schedule a third time, and again our massage therapist canceled on us last minute that same morning. We demanded a refund for the charge we had for no show since this was the second time THEY canceled on us. Again, the manager never got back to us. They clearly didn’t want our business, message therapist couldn’t be available for us, and management didn’t feel the need to work with us. Thank you for rejecting us multiple times.
