Enjoyed my massage as always from this studio. My therapist was Nicholas and he did an awesome massage. He listened and just focused on the areas I needed worked on as I requested. He gave me just the right amount of pressure I needed to release the tension. He provided the type of pressure where I was able to feel the tension release but at the same time I was still relaxed. For clients who like therapists who worked with their thumbs and fingers to push out the tension and tightness I highly recommend trying out Nicholas.

My session was amazing. I was not looking for deep tissue or to work anything out, I simply was looking to relax before and stressful event. The atmosphere was serene, the temperature was great, and the staff were courteous. My masseuse, Heather, was kind, soft spoken, and constantly checked to make sure the pressure was to my liking. The best part of all was the heated massage table. I will definitely be back soon. I recommend Elements Massage to everyone.
