Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityFrom what I’ve experienced here, the massage therapists are excellent and familiar with the latest techniques in massage therapy. I don’t get a massage to relax, (although it is very relaxing) I get a massage because only a well trained MT is able to use enough pressure, deep into the muscle and connective tissue, to release muscle tension. I have chronic fascia related muscle pain and stiffness, which is only relieved by deep tissue massage focused on myofascial release techniques. The massage therapists here are as good as I’ve EVER experienced, and I’ve had very good therapists before. Nikki did my massage and she was excellent! Some people are just gifted therapists, she’s one of them! Also the front desk receptionists are VERY professional and helpful, they answer all your questions, and those you didn’t know you had! From what I’ve experienced here, the massage therapists are excellent and familiar with the latest techniques in massage therapy. I don’t get a massage to relax, (although it is very relaxing) I get a massage because only a well trained MT is able to use enough pressure, deep into the muscle and connective tissue, to release muscle tension. From the moment I walked in, Liv- who was one of the receptionists- was very thorough in going over everything with me while being super friendly! Then I met Kelly who was assigned to give me the massage. I have never met someone who has made me feel immediately comfortable in their presence, but she was amazing from before she even explained the process. That hour went by too quick! She got all the spots that I didn’t even know needed attention. I left feeling relaxed, and comfortable. I believe I got the best night sleep that night in a long time. Thanks to the amazing staff for making my experience the best it could have been. *Also, didn’t catch the other receptionists name at check out, but she was just as friendly and kind. I’ve never had a massage before, but my MIL booked me one for my birthday. I’m pregnant so I had the prenatal 1 hour massage. From the moment I walked in, Liv- who was one of the receptionists- was very thorough in going over everything with me while being super friendly! Then I met Kelly who was assigned to give me the massage.
