Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been getting massages for decades and have spent a lot of money at high end spas and franchise massage places. I have NEVER had the quality of service, professionalism as I have at this location. Kenna at the front desk is amazing, welcoming and knows what it’s like to provide customer service. My therapist Robert, listened to what I asked for and provided one of the best massages I have ever received and being a therapist myself, I very much appreciated it! Already pre-booked my next massage and will only be recommending this location as it’s so far the best Elements location I have been to. I have been getting massages for decades and have spent a lot of money at high end spas and franchise massage places. I have NEVER had the quality of service, professionalism as I have at this location. Kenna at the front desk is amazing, welcoming and knows what it’s like to provide customer service. My therapist Robert, listened to what I asked for and provided one of the best massages I have ever received and being a therapist myself, I very much appreciated it! The therapist, Lizette, was excellent and the atmosphere was very relaxing. In fact, the location itself sets the mood for a relaxing, yet beneficial massage. I was able to use a special offer which is nice when you aren’t sure just what to expect and want to experience a massage to see what it’s like and how your muscles respond. As a first time user of Elements Massage Richardson, I was so pleased with the deep tissue massage I received. The therapist, Lizette, was excellent and the atmosphere was very relaxing. In fact, the location itself sets the mood for a relaxing, yet beneficial massage. I was able to use a special offer which is nice when you aren’t sure just what to expect and want to experience a massage to see what it’s like and how your muscles respond. I’m looking forward to going again.

She really knows muscle groups, how they stretch and connect (Especially trigger points) and how to read them. I definitely recommend this place! I like that the massage bed is heated, just wish there was an additional blanket on top of the cover sheet. Very conscientious of current health concerns and very communicative. Place is clean, quiet and relaxing. I’ve gone a couple times now and have had a consistently positive experience. Cindy is AMAZING! She really knows muscle groups, how they stretch and connect (Especially trigger points) and how to read them. I definitely recommend this place! Critical: ProfessionalismI have had my massage rescheduled TWICE this week with two different therapists. It’s very inconvenient. The first time I was emailed about it day of in the afternoon to inform me which I didn’t have a chance to check as I was at work. This time they admitted that they didn’t even try to email and only called once, again while I was at work. HIGHLY unprofessional and I look forward to seeing what the manager will do to resolve this issue for me.****update: management is also very unhelpful. They refuse to credit me for my time that they have wasted where vice versa, they would definitely not care if I needed to reschedule day of. The first time I was emailed about it day of in the afternoon to inform me which I didn’t have a chance to check as I was at work.
